Shipping

All orders placed on a credit card must be shipped to a billing address of the card, for the first time customers. No exceptions. All orders received by 2:00 PM on business day will be shipped the same day. All orders received on Saturday/Sunday or after 2 PM will be shipped next business day. Any order that will come back to us because of incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer will be reshipped with additional shipping charge. 

Shipping carrier/delivery time

We ship with USPS priority mail. Delivery time is about 3-4 business days within US. International orders delivery time mostly depends on the custom and hard to predict. 

Returns

You need to get a Return Mail Authorization (RMA) before you can return items. Please locate your order using Order Look-up feature (top menu) and request RMA on the order page. There are no returns on Ink, DVDs, Liquids, H2Ocean. Needles and Tubes must be returned unopened and in original packaging.

Warranty

All our machines and power supply have 60 days warranty from the delivery time. If it's not working as expected we will be happy to replace it for you.
